I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and we’ll send a 6-digit reset code. The code expires in 15 minutes.

How do I export or back up my data?

Your workouts and body data are synced to your account and restored automatically when you sign in on a new device. Export options are available in the app.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:

This immediately and permanently removes your account and personal/fitness data (workouts, routines, body metrics, settings) from our systems. It cannot be undone.

How do I turn off Apple Health / Health Connect sync?

You can disable it inside Sharpn’s settings, and you can revoke the permission entirely in your device’s Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) settings.

Does Sharpn show ads or sell my data?

No. Sharpn has no ads, no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
